Processing time:
Since most things are custom made, they are made to order. Depending on the amount of orders that come through from customers, wait times for an item can take 2-3 weeks until they are shipped. After the item is made it is then usually shipped within 2-3 days of completion. 

Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.

we will do the best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,we can’t accept returns for:

  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
